When using TED Notepad on the secondary monitor (situated to the LEFT of the primary monitor) the right-click context menu is displayed on the right hand edge of the primary monitor. When TED Notepad is used on the Primary Monitor, it correctly displays at the cursor location.
All other windows appear to display on the correct monitor.

This even happens if just the left edge is on the left monitor and the rest of the window (including the part I right click) is on the right hand monitor. As my left monitor is also bigger, I can put the TED Notepad window higher than the top of the primary monitor, this causes the menu to appear at the bottom right of the primary screen.
