Adds entire {{defined|word}}, all {{defined|white-spaces}}, or a single character otherwise, to the selection, according to what begins or continues to the right from the actual {{defined|insertion point}}. If this feature is used subsequently multiple times, the selection is extended through the document, word by word.

Note: Using {{feature|Select Word}} (hotkey {{hotkey|Ctrl+D}}) moves the selection to the next {{defined|word}} instead of extending it.
