====Line Numbers====

If checked, gutter with line numbers is displayed next to the lines.

Note: Each line is numbered regardless of current {{feature|word wrapping}}. If a line is wrapped, it keeps the original line number nonetheless. Therefore some visual lines may lack numbers in the gutter, which is an indicator of that line being a continuation of the line before.

Note: The same line numbers are displayed in the {{feature|Status Bar}}.

Note: Color of the gutter and numbers can be customized in the {{feature|Settings}} dialog. See chapter [[Appearance page]] of the {{dialog|Settings}} dialog.
