Can TED Notepad automatically auto-save modified files?

(from TED Notepad FAQ)

For backup files, see Can TED Notepad create automatic backup files? below.

Yes. In the Settings dialog you can choose to autosave modified documents every 5 minutes. It will save your modified document every 5 mins to a special file. This automatic save occurs whenever the document is left modified and the timer rings in. When you save the file or decide to close the document, this auto-save file is automatically removed. The file is, however, not auto-removed if the system crashes, in which case you can use this auto-save file to restore at least some of the lost data.

You can optionally also autosave directly to the original file if you'd like. Or you can specify a special Temp folder for all your autosaves. Or you can make autosaves hidden.

And Untitled documents can be autosaved too of course.
