On Windows 7, if Windows Explorer crashes, when it comes back up all of the TED Notepad windows are hidden. Their processes are still running, but I can't figure out how to make them display again.
To reproduce, kill explorer.exe in task manager.

There is an icon in the system tray area for each such hidden TED Notepad window. Actually, the main reason, why the windows are being hidden is the false triggering of the "Hide to Tray" feature upon Windows Explorer restart.
