These pages are not part of the offcial TED Notepad Documentation and they shall be treated that way. They may include the official documentation, but they also represent a lot of work of users of TED Notepad. Thus they may contain some information that is not entirely true. However, they also contain much more information than the official documentation, and thus may be more useful. Join us, if you think you may contribute here.
