Unwrap Paragraphs (Ctrl+Shift+W)

Unwraps lines of each paragraph in the selection by concatenating them into a single line. One Space character is placed between every two concatenated lines, if there is no white-space already present at the point of connexion.

Note that if lines were formerly wrapped/committed by Commit Wrapping tool, this tool will not undo that exactly as expected. This is because this tool needs lines to be divided into paragraphs to let them separated; as opposed to the fact that a sequence of several lines form only one paragraph and is committed by Commit Wrapping tool again into only one paragraph.
