Line Numbers

If checked, gutter with line numbers is displayed next to the lines.

Note: Each line is numbered regardless of current word wrapping. If a line is wrapped, it keeps the original line number nonetheless. Therefore some visual lines may lack numbers in the gutter, which is an indicator of that line being a continuation of the line before.

Note: The same line numbers are displayed in the Status Bar.

Note: Color of the gutter and numbers can be customized in the Settings dialog. See chapter Appearance page of the Settings dialog.
