Ensures that nothing following {{feature|/nm}} will be considered as part of the command line.

If for any reason things unknown to TED Noptepad must be present on the command line, this can stop TED Noptepad taking them into account.

Command line parameter {{feature|/nf}} might be needed to specify a file to be loaded before {{feature|/nm}} is found.
